Cloud Forest Adventures is a retreat venue near Mocoa in Colombia’s Putumayo region, where the eastern slopes of the Andes descend into the Amazon Basin. Surrounded by rainforest and mountain landscapes, the lodge offers a quiet setting for small groups exploring one of the most biodiverse regions on Earth. The property accommodates small groups with eight private rooms with a full-size bed, suitable for individuals or couples. To preserve a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, the lodge hosts a maximum of twelve guests at a time. The surrounding region spans ecosystems from mist-covered cloud forests to lowland tropical rainforest, supporting thousands of plant species, hundreds of bird species, and remarkable wildlife diversity. Putumayo is also shaped by strong cultural traditions and indigenous heritage, where music, shared meals, and community gatherings remain part of everyday life.
